Definitions
- “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Knightliner Executive Travel.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or entity using our services.
- “Services” refers to the transportation services provided by Knightliner Executive Travel.
Booking and Payments
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Payment
- Payment for services must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Any service given that goes over the agreed time frame is subject to £80 an hour charge.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by You
- You may cancel your booking by providing written notice.
- Cancellations made in 48 hours or under will result in no refunds.
- Cancellations made in over 48 hour period may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost.
- Any cancellations in the week of major events in the UK such as Cheltenham races, Royal ascot week, Silverstone, Glastonbury, Farnborough airshow etc will result in no refunds given and full payment will be taken for the bookings.
- Any hire would need to be compensated for such as hire of trailer or vehicle. Any subcontractor used will be paid in full.
Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking in cases of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, you will be offered an alternative service or a full refund.
Use of Services
Conduct
- You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner while using our services.
- Any damage caused to our vehicles due to misconduct will result in charges being applied to you.
Alcohol – Under no circumstances May alcoholic drinks be carried on or consumed upon the vehicle without the express permission of the company in writing.
Fouling charge – In the event of fouling in any of our vehicles a charge of £200.00 will be made for cleaning costs and downtime. if the penalty is paid on the night there will be a £25.00 reduction in cost. Payment must be made in full within five days of the fouling.
Luggage and Personal Items
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left in our vehicles.
- You are advised to keep your personal belongings secure during the service.
Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Limitation of Liability
- Knightliner Executive Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
